Most field inspections do not require the property owner or occupant to be present. If access or additional information is needed, we will communicate with the appropriate parties before the inspection.
We maintain the appropriate business insurance required to provide professional inspection services. Documentation is available upon request when applicable.
Unless specifically authorized by the client and required for the assignment, most inspections are exterior-only. We respect private property and always follow client instructions and applicable regulations.
